**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare/Update content as per training curriculum/customer requirements.
- Develop customized training courses for the customers/internal Employees.
- Conduct training sessions for the customers/internal employees.
- Ensure that the training sessions meet requirements - customize, if required.
- Setup the Ovation system for training and restore after completion of the training.
- Develop and maintain a training calendar.
- Make/Update the training presentations/content based on new Ovation releases.
- Develop and update the Q&A database based on the customer queries.
- Get the feedback from the trainees and use it for improving the delivery and content.
- Coordinate with various departments like IT, Admin, HR etc. for successful sessions.
- Follow the company quality management system and maintain records, procedures for HSE/ISO.
- Ensure that the training sessions are completed per customer requirements maintaining satisfaction level 9 or more on scale of 1 to 10.
- Analyse the customer feedback for improvements in training material and delivery.
- Maintain the required records e.g., Attendance sheet, student feedback, necessary logs of training activities.
- Keep updated knowledge on new Ovation releases.
- Support Proposals for preparing quotation of various trainings.
- Provide support to other functional groups on Engineering as required.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor/Master degree in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum 6 years’ experience of DCS/PLC/SCADA/DAS systems.

**SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Working experience in power plant or power plant DCS engineering
- On site DCS commissioning experience
- Experience as DCS Trainerwill be an added advantage.
- The Network administrator certificate will be an added advantage.
- Should be ready to travel.
- Excellent customer focus and the presentation skills.
