**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative **3D Animator** to join our dynamic team. The 3D Animator will be responsible for crafting high-quality animations that bring characters, objects, and environments to life. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling through motion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality 3D animations, including character animations, environmental movements, and object interactions.
- Collaborate with designers, modelers, and developers to ensure animations align with the overall artistic and technical vision.
- Rig and skin 3D models to prepare them for animation.
- Adjust timing, weight, and poses to create realistic and stylized animations based on project requirements.
- Optimize animations for performance without compromising quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on animation styles and techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical animation issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve animation quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience of 2 years as a **3D Animator** in the gaming, film, or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character performance.
- Ability to create both realistic and stylized animations.
- Experience with motion capture data is a plus.
- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in visual effects (VFX) or character rigging.
- Knowledge of scripting for animation tools.
- Understanding of modeling, texturing, and lighting is a plus.
