**Job Purpose**

Actively participate and support circle level activities pertaining to consolidations, Execute Circle IN/VAS Operations, Close Co-ordination with SNOC IN & VAS teams for Planned Activities and roll outs, Ensuring IN/VAS nodes availability, end to end assurance of IN/VAS services, Focus on Customer experience and active engagement in emergency handling. Managing on-site activities for IN/VAS servers.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for operations of Circle IN/VAS Platforms
- Extend expertise/support to achieve high service availability
- Extending support to project team for new roll out, Support for Internal and External audits, perform periodic operational system audits
- Responsible for Circle IN/VAS platform outage handling, periodic communication update to business regarding critical outages, field resource alignment for any on-site activities for IN and VAS HW.
- MoP review along with SNOC for major planned event
- Onsite support for physical activities on nodes and peripheral environment
- 100% Backup Availability and ensuring offsite backup movement
- Inventory and Spare repository management
- Zero revenue leakage incidences due to any system malfunctioning
- Support to Business team/CS team for customer complaints and resolve within TAT
- Close coordination with Circle and Central Technology Teams
- Technical UAT whenever required. Ensuring zero customer impacting unplanned incidences due to any Activity on platforms Support for Software upgrade/patch roll out
