**Type of Role**: Application Development And Maintenance - Development And Related Roles

**Job Type**: 12 months Contract

**Position**: 1

**Experience**: 5 years
- Should have experience in DevOps or related IT operations
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices but may not have the same depth of experience with complex systems or advanced concepts like scalability or high-availability architecture.
- Primarily focuses on implementing and maintaining existing tools and workflows, such as setting up CI/CD pipelines, automating tasks and monitoring system health.
- CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Primarily responsible for setting up, configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing and deployment.
- Monitoring and Alerts: Ensures systems are properly monitored and set up appropriate alerts and logging mechanisms.
- Manages infrastructure provisioning, scaling and automating tasks using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible or Cloud Formation.
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of cloud resources and on-prem infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Tools Knowledge: Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization tools (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Automation and Scripting: Proficient in automation scripting with tools like Bash, Python, PowerShell.

**Qualifications**
**Educational Requirements**: B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA equivalent, Engineering or a related field.
**Professional Experience**: 5 years Development And Related Roles
**Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
