**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models for systems of system.
- Provide comprehensive MBSE and SysML support to the entire systems engineering team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Conduct functional and logical decomposition of systems, developing clear and concise requirements while performing three-way mapping of requirements, functions, and logical elements.
- Lead initiatives to transition from document-based to model-based architectures, including the refactoring of existing models to enhance efficiency and clarity.
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices in model-based architecture and engineering methodologies, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents
- Establish and maintain traceability between system models, requirements, architecture, and design elements.
- Exhibit proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and various systems modeling methodologies

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- A Bachelor's or master's degree is required as BASIC Qualification.
- A minimum relevant of 6 years of demonstrated experience in MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.
- 4-8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with exposure to MBSE/SysML, system design, tools, and processes.
- Experience and familiarity with Magic System of Systems Architect (MSOSA/Cameo)
- Perform Requirements Management in PLM Tools.
- Strong written, verbal communication with engineers, management, and non-engineering support staff.

**Work Experience**Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Knowledge of ARP 4754, DO178, DO254, DO160 standards.
- INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
