**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor at

Hustlehub, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our

co-working spaces, promotes our events and services, and engages our community. You will

have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging video content that

aligns with our brand and messaging.

Content Creation: Create promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, event highlights, and

other video content to showcase our co-working spaces and community.

Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards

that effectively communicate our messages.

Post-Production: Enhance video and audio quality, add music, graphics, and special effects as

needed, and ensure a high-quality final product.

Color Correction and Grading: Implement color correction and grading to ensure visual

consistency and aesthetics.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain video and audio assets in a well-structured digital

library.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure video content aligns

with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and video editing software/tools to

continuously improve editing skills and techniques.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci

Resolve).

Knowledge of video production processes, including shooting and lighting techniques.

Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively through

video.

Understanding of branding and the ability to align video content with brand guidelines.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and audio quality.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

A passion for co-working spaces and the creative community we serve is a plus.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred but not

required. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
