**Responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities within Payments (for e.g. Debit Card, UPI & Transfers) and drive Revenue generating initiatives along with supporting Business in meeting the budgets via Analytical Insights
- Timely data extraction and validation to ensure for retail banking products are accurately done.
- Communicate strategic business information, performance results and ideas to key decision makers.
- Annual target setting before year beginning and daily/ monthly tracking at various levels against budgets.
- Analyse potential problem areas and present to business to assist pre-emptive actions.
- Publish individual, region, cluster and branch level performances.
- Engage with business and product teams on the problem formulation and create solution framework.
- Collaborate with Regional & local counterparts to define and align performance metrics
- Support ad-hoc requests for management business review
- Formulate requirements and work with data engineering and technology team to develop and validate automated data pipelines for business performance dashboards
- Drive the testing and deployment of the machine learning products into production
- Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate /Post Graduate with statistics back ground preferred.
- Hands on experience in Data Management and Business Analytics
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Py-spark & MS Excel
- Eye for detailing and data accuracy
- Team player
- A positive, enthusiastic, committed and ‘can do’ approach.
- Strong academic background
- Should be self -motivated and adaptable.
- Should be focused and well organized.
- 7-8 years of experience in Data Analytics (BFSI domain)
- Good Understanding of Banking Products and KPIs
- Programming Expertise in SQL, Python, Py-spark & MS Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills.
