**Position: Service Engineer (Retainer Basis)**

**Company Overview**

At scanO, we’re pioneering the future of oral healthcare with AI-powered, contactless technology. Our innovative products, including the scanO Air AI robot, are designed to deliver efficient and accurate health screenings. We’re looking for a dedicated Service Engineer on a retainer basis to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our devices at client locations.

**Role Summary**

As a Service Engineer on retainer, you will provide on-call support for our AI-powered devices, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for a skilled engineer who can respond to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out preventive maintenance as needed. Flexibility and a strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for scanO products, including scanO Air, at various client locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal device performance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce device downtime
- Document service visits, issues, and resolutions for tracking and quality improvement purposes
- Coordinate with the technical team for any upgrades, part replacements, or complex repairs
- Ensure excellent client communication and professionalism during service visits

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in technical support and maintenance
- Strong understanding of electronic components, wiring, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used for diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to various client locations as required
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
