**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
- Design and implement HR workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and implementing enhancements.
- Develop and maintain HR Service Catalog items and related workflows to support employee requests and transactions.
- Create and maintain HR knowledge articles, FAQs, and documentation to support employee self-service and improve HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve HR service delivery.

**Technical skills required**:

- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in HR service delivery, case management, and employee self-service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HR) certification preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), HTML/CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
