Must have knowledge of competitive market by category and odor types
- Must be familiar with fragrance philosophies of all major customers
- Product lines
- Fragrance preferences of personnel.
- Testing protocol - how to evaluate, how to test
- Organize and maintains a library of all fragrances developed
- Continually review existing fragrances to see if worth maintaining in library
- Review all international projects
- Communicates feedback on submissions to affiliates
- Receive and review all fragrances projects
- Determine appropriateness of existing library fragrances
- Work with perfumers to set fragrance direction and help develop fragrance according to customer and market standards
- Work closely with salespeople to determine directions and evaluate progress on fragrances being developed or selected for submission against projects
- Work with perfumery to prioritize work flow
- Works with sales service to prioritize and close out projects
- Coordinate samples to be evaluated for fragrance review with Lab Manager and Applications
- Work closely with Marketing to understand trends, new products and new product meetings
- Responsible for olfactive review of stability samples
- Responsible for compiling fragrance descriptions for submissions as requested by the customer and/or sales

**Requirements-**
- Bachelors of Science Degree
- 2-3 experience with Fragrance House as an Evaluator essential
- Strong people skills, including written and oral communication
- Strong organizational, project management skills; ability to create structure and systems
- Customer Presentation Skills; Strong Computer Proficiency Required
- Ability to conduct research into project related issues and products, coordinating this work with other departments
- Strong technical acclimates in Fragrance Chemistry and Fragrance Evaluation
- Performs assignments independently with little to no assistance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
