**Job Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic **Field Sales Executives** to onboard local businesses or advertisers onto the **Pradhaan** platform. You will highlight the benefits of participating in **Pradhaan Samiti** meetings, where businesses and local leaders collaborate to address community needs including “Free Pradhaan Auto” and explore mutually beneficial opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular field visits in targeted areas across Delhi NCR to meet local businesses, advertisers, and promoters.
- **Promoting Pradhaan Samiti**: Showcase how businesses benefit by attending **Pradhaan Samiti** meetings, where they interact with local leaders, gain insights into community needs, and foster stronger relationships with their target audience.
- **Closing Deals**: Build trust with business owners and convert leads into partnerships by demonstrating the platform’s value.
- **Collaboration with Leaders**: Coordinate with onboarded local leaders to ensure alignment between business interests and community activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
