Internal Auditor

**Job Location**: NIZAMABAD (TELANGANA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
- Should have experience in internal audits of large manufacturing sector
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (TALLY / FOCUS) and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- Objectively review Organizations business Processes.
- Protect against fraud & theft of the Organization assets.
- Make recommendation to Management on how to improve internal controls and Governance.
- Ensure that the Organization is Complying with relevant laws & statutes.
- Have an eye to detail in observing all documents and also material.
- Responsible for maintaining Complete accounts of Nizamabad and all Centers.
- To verify bills/vouchers/Invoices/Credit and Debit Notes.
- Scrutiny of Bills towards correct Payments.
- Preparation of Salary Budgets.
- Familiar with Bank operations.
- Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
- Ensuring Statutory Compliances.
- Preparation of TDS Statements.
- Filing GST returns
- Filing IT returns.
- Co-ordinate with external auditors at the time of external audit.
- Check and finalise Final Books of Accounts.
- Look into material department transactions.
- Monitor material purchases.

**Job Requirements**:
**1 - Qualifications**
**Necessary** a. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines b. **Chartered Accountant(intermediate) PREFERABLE (OR) Above.

**2 - Knowledge**
Necessary
The Internal Auditor should have detailed knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, organizational structure, best practices and procedures. Has practical knowledge of audit software, data analysis and reporting tools.
Desirable
Has general knowledge of the different aspects of financial and operational auditing.
**3 - Experience**
2-5 years’ experience in internal audit with a major company (OR)
2-5 years’ experience in audit with a major accounting / consulting firm (OR)
2-5 years’ experience in various aspects of manufacturing industry - logistics, operations, purchasing, research, marketing and sales.

**4 -Special Requirements**
The Internal Auditor should be proficient in written and oral communication, both in the dominant language(s) of their particular location. Excellent communication skills are essential. Good English Speaking Skills.
**5 - Personal Characteristics**
Analytical ability to identify weakness and the capacity to translate findings into meaningful recommendations and to communicate such findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner in an audit report. Active sense of business awareness. Tact, discretion and self - assurance.
Capability to adapt to continually changing work environments and to work both alone and as a member of a team. Willingness to undertake travel as required.
