**Job Title**: Legal Advisor / Advocate
**Experience Required**: 5 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support and advice on real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and joint ventures.
- Conduct due diligence of properties to verify ownership, titles, and legal documentation.
- Handle litigation matters related to real estate disputes, including appearing in court as required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, clients, and government authorities to resolve legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all business operations.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Prepare and maintain legal records, reports, and case files accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council and a valid Advocate’s license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in real estate law.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage.
