**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners (ages 2.5 to 5.5 years).
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities in alignment with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Foster physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to encourage active participation.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning space.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early years setting (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Creative, patient, empathetic, and energetic.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies.
