We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our kitchenware production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Sheet Metal Production knowledge
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- AUTOCAD Knowledge
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

**Education**:

- B.E Mechanical (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total Work: 5 years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare day-to-day Production Plan and Resource Plan based on Weekly Plan
- Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Supervision and Management:

- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.

Maintenance and Training:

- Coordinate and maintain regular servicing and repairs
- Train new employees on safe machinery usage and following procedures
- Establish tasks for labour to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, this includes stocking supplies

Safety:

- Responsible for Machine shop and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of production, quality and maintenance activities.

Troubleshooting:

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or consistency.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
