**Position**:Associate Lawyer

**Qualification**: LLB

**Experience Level**: 2 - 4 Yrs

Providing legal advice and support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements. Handle corporate and paralegal matters and assisting with compliance with legal requirements of the company in Real Estate Industry.

**Scrutiny of Legal Documents**:

- Tracing the title pertaining of immovable properties, investigation of its title enquiry about the property title for the last 30-40yrs.
- The same to be procured from the landowners and other concerned government departments.
- Preparing a checklist for obtaining Survey documents, Revenue Documents,
- Verifying the land documents and if any additional documents are required
- On procuring the documents, obtaining legal opinions from the Bank panel Advocates.

**Case Filings**:

- Issuing Legal Notices/ or replying to the Legal notices issued to us from Customer’s Advocate
- Filings suits before concerned jurisdictional courts follow up with the lawyers, drafting caveats, attending court hearings in Civil Courts, Criminal and High Courts.
- Interacting with Senior Advocates and follow up - for vetting of drafts, suits and other conveyances with regard to any of our project’s cases.

**Drafting and Conveyance**:

- Drafting Joint Development Agreements, General Power of Attorney, Agreements, Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding, Sale Deeds, release deed, rectification deed confirmation deed, Undertakings, Declarations, etc.
- Drafting of Agreement of Sale and Construction Agreement
- Work Orders, Letter of Indemnity

**Sub
- Registrar Offices**:

- Attending to the Sub-Registrar Offices and other concerned govt department for registration of Sale Deeds, JDA’s etc

**Attending to the Police Station**:

- Attending to the concerned Police station with regard to any of the disputes/issues pertaining to any of our projects

**BDA /BMRDA Checks**:

- Checks done to ascertain the authenticity of the documents, enquiry related to any land acquisitions etc.

**Location**: Bangalore, (Jayanagar).

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
