Role Description
- Project Management / Track Deliveries a. Tracking project delivery till no surprises and writing up crisp RAID that speak the risk/issue well b. Strong understanding on project management such as managing scope/cost/schedule baseline and exercise governance over request for rebaseline/Change Requests Stakeholders: Run with a Programme Manager. Manage Product Owners, tech delivery partners, Change Management Leads
- Management/Drive Manage Business Workgroup Forums - prep packs that speak to the progress of project delivery on track, in Red/Amber and needed attention. Minutes well captured with Decisions & Actions
- Able to front Senior Business Stakeholder Partners Stakeholders: Run with a Programme Manager. Manage Senior Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Tech Engineering Leads, Change Leads
- Resource Management for Programme a. Understanding the plan for the programme timeline, with eyes for details to proactively to onboard staff timeline
- Raise their staff request timely to obtain approval, b. Able to front management team with resource management report on overall Stakeholders: Run with Programme PMO Lead/Hive PMO Lead. Programme Director, Chief Product Owner, Tech Heads, and Line Managers
