**Job Title**: Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract)
**Location**: Gugoan (On-site)
**Contract Duration**: 3 Months

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **eCommerce Graphic Design**:

- Design and edit graphics for product listings, banners, ads, and social media campaigns.
- Create visually appealing product images, promotional graphics, and other assets for online retail platforms.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and digital media (web, mobile, social).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- **Image Editing & Enhancement**:

- Edit, retouch, and optimize product photos to meet eCommerce standards and brand guidelines.
- Perform background removal, color correction, and image adjustments to create polished product visuals.
- Ensure images are consistent in style, lighting, and color across all product categories and listings.
- **Branding & Consistency**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all design and image assets, ensuring they reflect the company’s identity and values.
- Create templates for regular product image updates and promotions to streamline future design work.
- **Social Media & Marketing Materials**:

- **Project Management & Collaboration**:

- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the eCommerce, marketing, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets.
- Respond to feedback and make revisions to designs as needed, ensuring they align with campaign objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in eCommerce graphic design, product image editing, and digital marketing materials.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce image optimization, including resizing, color correction, and preparing images for web use.
- Experience in creating graphics for social media platforms and online ads.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, composition, and typography.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and their image requirements.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles for image optimization and social media best practices.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,887.22 - ₹40,000.00 per month
