**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edit **YouTube videos** (long-form & shorts) with strong hooks and storytelling.
- Edit **Instagram Reels, ads, and short-form content** for virality.
- Sync and edit **podcast video + audio**, ensuring clean sound and engaging flow.
- Add **sound design, music, transitions, and effects** to enhance viewer experience.
- Use **VFX and motion graphics** to make content stand out.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent **brand look and tone**.
- Stay updated on editing trends and formats that maximize engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience editing for **YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and podcasts**.
- Strong knowledge of **storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition/DaVinci Resolve** (or similar tools).
- Skills in **sound design, mixing, and color grading**.
- Ability to handle fast turnarounds while maintaining high quality.
- Portfolio showcasing **story-driven edits, VFX, and impactful short-form content**.
