**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Assist in long-term financial planning to support business objectives.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and report budget variances and ensure cost control measures.
- **Accounting & Compliance**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings, statutory reports, and audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing the general ledger.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Implement strategies for working capital management.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on financial performance.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial governance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams, such as accounting, treasury, and operations, to drive financial strategy.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
- Perform financial modeling to support business decisions.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
