**Responsibilities**:
Teaching:

- Plan and deliver high-quality computer science lessons to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Integrate technology into the teaching process, including the use of educational software, online resources, and interactive tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Organize and supervise hands-on activities, projects, and experiments to enhance students' practical skills and understanding of computer science.

Curriculum Development:

- Assist in the development and refinement of the computer science curriculum to meet CBSE standards.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate relevant teaching techniques into the curriculum.
- Adapt teaching materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- Identify and address the learning needs of individual students.

Classroom Management:

- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
- Foster a respectful and positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Professional Development:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in computer science education, attend workshops, and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to integrate computer science concepts into interdisciplinary projects and activities.

Parent-Teacher Communication:

- Engage in regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress.
- Address parental concerns and provide guidance on student development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
- Classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
