We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented typist to join our team. As a typist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately transcribe and type various documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and error-free processing of written information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe and type documents from various sources, including handwritten notes, audio recordings, and digital files.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of typing assignments while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Format documents according to established guidelines, including proper spacing, margins, and fonts.
- Review and proofread typed materials for errors, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, cross-checking information when necessary.
- File and organize documents, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients to clarify project requirements and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Use word processing software, typing equipment, and other tools to perform job duties efficiently.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new typing techniques, and software advancements to enhance productivity and skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.Proficiency in using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
