We’re looking for a **dynamic Content Creator & Video Editor** who can bring fresh ideas to life through compelling content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. This person will work closely with our marketing and design teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-performing content that aligns with our brand aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit **short-form and long-form videos** (Reels, behind-the-scenes, product promos, brand stories).
- Develop **engaging content** ideas for social media that drive views, shares, and sales.
- Capture and edit product videos and campaign shoots in both studio and lifestyle settings.
- Create **graphics, motion design, thumbnails, and visual layouts** for digital platforms.
- Work on **photo editing** and assist with social-ready visuals.
- Collaborate with the social media team to optimize content for each platform.
- Manage video production timelines, and maintain quality and brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **video editing and content creation** (portfolio or samples required).
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools).
- Comfortable with **camera handling** (DSLR or mobile) and basic lighting setups.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
- Good storytelling ability and creative thinking.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar creative role (Fashion/lifestyle experience is a plus).
- Strong aesthetic sense with a passion for fashion and branding.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
