Social Media Executive

**Job Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**: Create, implement, and manage a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, text) tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Generate regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including collaborations, giveaways, and promotions, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve business objectives.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Platform Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- **Content Creation**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure and optimize performance.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with the ability to engage and build relationships with the online community.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
