**REQUIREMENT**
- Have proven experience in social media marketing, content creation and digital advertising preferably in e-commerce industry
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in clear and compelling manner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive business results.
- Knowledge in project management skills and Google analytics is a plus
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt into a new tools and platforms

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, considering target audience, market trends, and company goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Create high quality, engaging contents including posts, videos, graphics and other platforms for social media
- Coordinate with the team to manage all social media platforms and accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and aligning campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyse crucial performance metrics to guide the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales
- Maintain a strong relationship with influencers, bloggers and other relevant stakeholders to broaden customers reach
- Coordinate and optimize product listings, enhancing the online shopping experience and drive conversions
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results insights and recommendations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
