Role Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling calls/visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
Handle courier, dispatch, and office communication.
Support basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
Coordinate with HR/Admin team for day-to-day office operations.
**Qualifications**:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of receptionist/office administration experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools.
Pleasant personality, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage front-office responsibilities efficiently.
