**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Chemistry lessons in alignment with the **CBSE syllabus**.
- Teach theoretical and practical aspects of Chemistry for Classes IX-XII.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and ensure safety compliance in the science labs.
- Design lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Prepare students for **board examinations** and provide academic guidance.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Engage in **remedial teaching sessions** for slow learners and enrichment sessions for advanced learners.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry (M.Sc.) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum **3-5 years of teaching experience** in CBSE schools.
- In-depth knowledge of **CBSE curriculum, exam patterns, and assessment methods**.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to integrate **technology and digital tools** in classroom teaching.
- Passionate about student engagement, mentoring, and holistic development.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing students for **competitive exams** (NEET/JEE) is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
