**Role Description**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our camp operations team across India. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about healthcare operations and gain hands-on experience in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and phlebotomists, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations, especially camps. The intern will assist in various tasks, including communication with stakeholders, handling logistics, and supporting camp operations under the guidance of senior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination of healthcare camps by supporting the management of logistics and camp operations.
- Help with training and onboarding phlebotomists on Redcliffe Labs' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) before camps.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to camp participation and post-camp feedback.
- Support the team in managing communications with vendors and clients to ensure smooth execution of camps.
- Provide assistance in resolving minor issues or escalations during camp operations.
- Help in maintaining camp documentation and records for future planning and execution.
- Participate in the feedback collection process to improve future camp activities.
- Learn and support the inventory and logistics coordination involved in camp operations.

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in business operations or logistics are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Duration**

This is a full-time internship with a duration of 3 months.

**Stipend**

INR 10,000 per month (fixed) + Performance Linked Incentives
