Roles and Responsibilities

Should be willing to take initiatives and bring about positive changes.

Dean must be up to date with changes in education

Should be a very good communicator and a team builder.

Develop strategies for promoting student engagement and learning in collaboration with Academic Affairs.

He must have experience of having taken major initiatives to support or improve teaching, learning and assessments.

8-12 years’ experience of teaching and/or research of which five years should be in a position
of responsibility of Professor or equivalent.

Evidence of leadership and outstanding achievements in teaching and organizing
teaching.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
