**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stitch, assemble, and finish garments according to provided designs and specifications for Western wear.
- Work with various fabrics like cotton, polyester, denim, and blends, ensuring quality and durability.
- Perform detailed finishing tasks, including hemming, attaching buttons, zippers, and trims.
- Ensure garments are stitched to the highest standards of quality, with precise fitting and finish.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand stitching techniques required for each design.
- Maintain an organized and efficient stitching workstation.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of proven experience as a stitching karigar, with a focus on Western wear.
- Expertise in using sewing machines and hand stitching techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of garment construction, including fitting, cutting, and stitching.
- Ability to work with various fabrics and understand their specific handling requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Experience with advanced stitching techniques and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
