**Job Overview**:
As a Senior Executive in Accounts & Finance at **Softstone Industries Private Limited.** you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions to maintain integrity in financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and applicable standards, staying abreast of any changes that may affect operations.
- Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and compliance requirements to assist the company in meeting its tax obligations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all tasks performed to facilitate audits and internal reviews.
- Complete training and assignments as directed by senior personnel, contributing to your professional growth and the overall team’s success.
- Uphold a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed, minimizing errors and ensuring quality in deliverables.
- Work effectively with team members across departments to achieve common goals and foster a supportive work environment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client data and sensitive information related to financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **CA or CA Inter qualification.**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
