UI/UX Designer (2+ Years of Experience)

**Job Type**: Full-Time (On-Site Only)

**Responsibilities**
- Design user interfaces and user experiences using **Figma** for mobile and web platforms
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive user flows
- Develop and maintain consistent **design systems and component libraries**:

- Collaborate with **developers, product managers**, and other stakeholders
- Conduct **user research and usability testing** to improve UX
- Ensure responsive design for various devices and screen sizes
- Stay current with UI/UX best practices, design trends, and **accessibility standards (WCAG)**

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of professional experience** as a **UI/UX Designer** or **Product Designer**:

- Expertise in **Figma** (design, prototyping, components)
- Strong understanding of **UI design principles**, **UX best practices**, and **responsive design**:

- Experience with wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journey mapping
- Familiarity with collaborating with developers and basic knowledge of **CSS**

**Preferred Skills**
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, or frameworks like **React**:

- Experience with **Lottie animations**, **After Effects**, or motion design
- Understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**:

- Awareness of **accessibility guidelines (WCAG)**
