You’ll be responsible for creating and installing ductwork products to meet the heating and cooling needs of office buildings and residential homes. Let’s break down the key responsibilities and skills required for this specialized profession:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication and Installation**:

- Fabricate ductwork and other metal parts according to specifications.
- Install duct systems at construction sites or manufacturing plants.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and HVAC plans to understand the layout and requirements.
- **Inspection and Repair**:

- Inspect and repair damaged duct systems as needed.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with clients and team members to plan installation activities.
- **Insulation and Sealing**:

- Ensure proper insulation and sealing of duct systems.
