- Responsible to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Responsible to investigate lower RFT, OOS, Quality Deviation and return goods.
- Responsible to collect and compile statistical quality data
- Responsible to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Responsible to develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Responsible to prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Responsible to coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Responsible for involvement in ISO audit/FOD audit/Plant audit/QC alignment activities/Document control.
- Responsible to perform dispatch, daily plant rounds.
- Responsible to develop Packing material
- Responsible to maintain supplier qualification documents and compile customer questionnaires
- Responsible to review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Responsible for document management systems
