Job Role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve queries promptly
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and lead generation
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- Fresher to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kharar.
