Qualification**:D.Pharm/B.Pharm with Computer knowledge**

Experience**:5 - 7 years’ experience in Allopathic Pharma Industry**

Salary**:25-33 K (Based on experience)**

Skill**:Production Oversight/ Quality Control/ Team Management/ Safety Compliance/ Regulatory Compliance/ Production Efficiency/ Inventory Management/ Troubleshooting/ Documentation/ Continuous Improvement**.

**Work Location : Erode**

**Job Description**:
To carry out proper production planning
- To carry out proper manpower allocation.
- To carry out productivity analysis.
- To properly administer BPR
- To ensure necessary raw material is available in requisite quantity in advance.
- To ensure proper Quality Inspection of Raw Material and report non-concurrence to Purchase Team.
- To carryout production of different categories of Ayurvedic products.
- To ensure Production is followed as per prescribed formula and GMP guidelines.
- To ensure shop floor is properly maintained as per GMP norms.
- To impart continuous on-the-job training (OJT) in the factory.
- To ensure all safety equipments are checked periodically and carry out periodic safety drills.
- To coordinate with labour contractors for ensuring adequate number of workmen are in place and adherence to all laws and rules.
- To monitor moment of workmen for avoiding unnecessary unrest & production.
- To ensure all safety equipments are checked periodically and carry out periodic safety drills.
- To ensure all necessary licenses are renewed, returns are filled and taxes are paid on time.
- To ensure proper liaising with necessary Government Offices viz, Directorate of Factory, Directorate of Labor, Central & State Excise Department, Fire Department, Legal Metrology Department, Government Drugs Department, Municipal Office etc.
- To provide necessary reports to management viz; Stock Report, DPR, DBR, Accident Report, Manpower Report, Quality Report, Production Report, Materials Requisition Report, Finished Stock Report etc.
- To run the factory in a very cost effective manner.
- To carry our any other responsibilities as required by the management from time to time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
