Pharmacist

Description
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with prescription orders, medication labeling requirements, and legal regulations.
- Verify prescription orders for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness, including dosage calculations, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Provide medication counseling to patients on proper medication use, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, drug interactions, and precautions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy, resolve medication-related problems, and ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Perform medication therapy management (MTM) services, including medication reviews, therapeutic assessments, and patient education to improve medication adherence and health outcomes.
- Monitor patient medication profiles for drug therapy duplication, therapeutic duplications, and potential adverse drug reactions, intervening as needed to prevent medication errors and optimize patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records, including dispensing logs, patient profiles, medication histories, and documentation of pharmacist interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication procurement, storage, and distribution, to ensure adequate medication supply and compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
