1. To ascertain and survey current market trends of Sarees (Pure Silk and

Art Silk and Fancy) of various segments and various price points.

2. To accumulate and present to the management current market trends

(Pictures) on a fortnightly monthly basis.

3. To design - curate new concepts, new items, new designs for the

company. (This to be done by conceptualizing different materials with

new ideas of weaving concepts, with combination of new prints, dyes,

and embroideries)

a. New fabrics creation by combination of weaving different yarns.

b. New Print design creation for various fabrics the company is

dealing in (Pure Silk and Polyester, Viscose, Nylon, based Sarees)

c. New Embroidery design creation for various fabrics the company is

dealing in (Pure Silk and Polyester, Viscose, Nylon, based Sarees)

4. Interaction with customers to understand current trends and

requirements.

5. Market research for future product development

6. Creative freedom within the scope of the direction given by

management

7. Fully In charge of production of the company with interaction with all

departments, job workers, etc.

8. To handle and manage full production of goods of the company with

color matching, print designs, embroidery designs with interaction

with all factories.

9. To help the organization to acquire new factories for print and

embroidery.

10. Responsible for execution of all basic and standard roles and

responsibilities of a Merchandiser.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
