**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Delivery**:

- Deliver food orders and packaging supplies (e.g., eco-friendly containers, branded packaging) to restaurants, hotels, and end customers in Kalyan-Dombivali.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client or customer inquiries politely and professionally.
- Handle cash-on-delivery transactions accurately and securely.

**Vehicle & Safety Compliance**:

- Operate a personal two-wheeler (mandatory) in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness (e.g., fuel, tires, brakes).

**Order Verification**:

- Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality, including food freshness and packaging integrity.

**Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, delivery times, and any issues encountered.
- Report delivery or customer feedback to the dispatch team promptly.

**Company Representation**:

- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid two-wheeler driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ownership of a roadworthy two-wheeler (mandatory).
- Minimum age of 18 years; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kalyan-Dombivali’s geography and road networks.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and GPS navigation.
- Physical ability to carry packages (up to 20 kg, per industry standards).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience as a delivery agent, especially in the food or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly packaging or food safety standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for minor vehicle maintenance.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work involves riding a two-wheeler in various weather conditions and navigating urban traffic.
- Full-time or part-time roles available with shift-based schedules.
- Physically demanding role requiring prolonged riding and occasional lifting.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage (approx. ₹150-₹250/hour, based on market rates in Kalyan-Dombivali).
