**Job summary**:
On a daily basis, you are expected to carry out the below duties:

- Should be able to grasp support issues and know the corresponding functional mapping
- Should be able to understand the nuances of Enterprise Design
- Should be able to resolve technical issues in the system
- Assist with systems integrations
- Maintain and update techno functional documents and procedures.
- Manage coordination across various technical and functional teams
- Work on automating tasks to improve customer experience. This involves coding / scripting based on the technology that you are supporting

**Job requirements**:

- Experience with SQL scripting basic UNIX & PL/SQL query buildin
- Comfortable with command line functions such as connecting to remote servers and tailing or searching log files using basic Unix/linux command
- Nice to have: Informatica IICS, Shell Scripting & SAP Callidus
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

**Education**:

- A minimun of 1-2 years experience working in an IT environment.
- B-Tech in computer science, engineering or relevant field
