We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented **Tax Associates** to join our growing team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance for our clients while exploring opportunities to minimize their tax liabilities. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Analyze financial statements and tax-related documentation to identify potential tax issues and opportunities.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and answer their questions.
- Meet deadlines efficiently and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Assist senior tax professionals with complex tax projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the tax department's processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
