We are seeking a semi skilled Trainee Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and possesses a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content across various platforms, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with our brands vision and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling and engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create visually appealing videos that enhance our brand message.
- **Storytelling**: Develop video narratives that effectively communicate key messages and capture the audience's attention.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to produce videos that support marketing campaigns and business goals.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and manage video files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize video content.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing, storytelling, and content creation.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of pacing, transitions, and effects.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality and error-free video content.
