**Job Overview**:
As a YouTube Host, you will be the face and voice of our channel, responsible for presenting content in a captivating and professional manner. You will work closely with our content creation team to develop engaging videos that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Camera Hosting**: Serve as the primary host for all video content, including tutorials, interviews, reviews, and live broadcasts.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm, script, and plan video concepts and series.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with the audience during live sessions, Q&A segments, and through social media to build and maintain a strong community connection.
- **Script Reading & Improvisation**: Deliver scripted content naturally and confidently, and improvise when necessary to keep the audience engaged.
- **Video Promotion**: Assist in promoting videos across various platforms to maximize viewership.
- **Analytics Review**: Participate in reviewing video performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future content.
- **Brand Representation**: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content aligns with the company’s tone and values.

**Qualifications**:

- Background in acting, broadcasting, journalism or related.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage with an audience both on and off camera.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using video recording equipment, teleprompters, and basic video editing software.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes in content or scheduling.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with a content team.

Pay: ₹10,902.94 - ₹16,000.00 per month
