**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**:Set up and operate machinery according to company standards and product specifications.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and make adjustments as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

**Quality Control**:Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Address and resolve any issues affecting product quality promptly.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

**Production Efficiency**:Work with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine logs and quality control documentation.
Report any deviations or abnormalities in the production process.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any production-related issues.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
