**Overseeing Daily Operations**:This includes managing the day-to-day running of the hostel, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
- **Enforcing Rules and Regulations**:Warden's ensure that all hostel rules and regulations are followed by residents, maintaining order and discipline.
- **Resolving Conflicts**:A key role is mediating and resolving conflicts between residents, ensuring a harmonious living environment.
- **Maintaining Records**:This includes keeping track of student attendance, incidents, and other relevant information.

Safety and Security:

- **Ensuring Resident Safety**:Warden's are responsible for the safety and security of all residents, implementing necessary measures and protocols.
- **Managing Emergencies**:They must be prepared to handle emergencies effectively, including providing first aid and coordinating with medical staff when needed.
- Student Support and Guidance:

- **Liaison between Students and Administration**:Warden's act as a bridge between students and the hostel administration, communicating concerns and facilitating communication.
- **Organizing Activities**:They may organize recreational activities and events to foster a sense of community and engagement among residents.

Maintenance and Administration:

- **Coordinating Maintenance and Repairs**:Warden's ensure that the hostel facilities are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are carried out promptly.
- **Procurement of Supplies**:They may be involved in coordinating the procurement of hostel supplies and equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
