**Position**:Inbound Travel Voice Process Eecutive
**Location**: Noida
**Eperience**: Minimum 1 year in Travel Process
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (5-day work week)
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch customer service through inbound voice calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints related to travel bookings, itineraries, cancellations, and more. Conduct quality assurance surveys to gather feedback from customers and ensure service e
- cellence. Utilize e
- cellent communication skills to communicate travel details, options, and solutions effectively. Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to enhance customer e
- perience and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve comple
- customer issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information.

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 1 year of e
- perience in the Travel Process (inbound voice) is mandatory.
- Graduation is required. E
- cellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Fle
- ible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
