Buggy Driver

The **Buggy Driver at VGP Heritage** is responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, and luggage within the resort premises using the resort’s buggy/club car. The role ensures timely pick-up and drop-off, courteous guest service, and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle to provide a smooth and pleasant resort experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely drive and operate the resort buggy within the property at all times.
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional service to all guests.
- Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival, check-in, and check-out.
- Ensure timely pick-up/drop service between rooms, restaurants, beach, spa, and other resort facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of the buggy vehicle inside and outside on a daily basis.
- Conduct basic checks (battery, brakes, lights, horn, tires) and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow resort driving policies, traffic rules, and safety procedures.
- Assist in guest inquiries and provide directions within the resort.
- Support other departments in staff transportation as required.
- Report lost & found items immediately as per resort procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a driver in a resort/hotel environment preferred.
- Valid driving license (LMV or equivalent, as per local regulation).
- Physically fit, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to communicate politely and effectively with guests (basic English preferred).
- Knowledge of resort layout and facilities (training provided).
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical & Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor driving within the resort property.
- Flexible working hours based on guest movements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
