**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes for social media content creation.
- Capture compelling and visually appealing photos and videos that align with the brand identities and target audiences of both our agency and clients.
- Conduct pre-production planning, including location scouting, shot selection, and equipment setup, to ensure efficient and effective shoots.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other accessories to capture high-quality images and videos.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and focus in all photographs and videos.
- Accompany Influencers to their shoot locations and shoot content whenever needed.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc), to achieve desired visual aesthetics and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on current photography and videography trends, techniques, and editing styles prevalent in social media and marketing.
- Edit reels and videos specifically for social media platforms, incorporating engaging visual effects, transitions, and music to create attention-grabbing content.
- Shoot and edit videos for Youtube in the form of videos, shots, vlogs, interviews, etc.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper storage, backup, and retrieval of all visual assets.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align visual content with the overall content strategy and brand guidelines.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals within specified timelines.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and equipment in photography and videography, and recommend upgrades or new techniques to enhance the quality of visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Photographer & Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills across various genres.
- Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other accessories.
- Expertise in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices for social media content creation.
- Familiarity with different social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
- Strong creative eye, composition skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Understanding of brand identities and the ability to adapt visual styles accordingly.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and environments, including studio settings and on-location shoots.
- Knowledge of videography techniques, such as framing, camera movement, and storytelling.
- Experience in using drones for aerial photography/videography is a plus.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
