Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled Plants Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our water treatment plants. This is a Junior
- Mid level position requiring 2 to 4 years of experience. As a Plants Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the treatment plants, managing a team of operators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills
- BE - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 2-4 Years of experience in water treatment /waste water Treatment plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies
- Experience in managing a team of operators
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of operational efficiency and best practices
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Experience in plant operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the water treatment plants
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of operators
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating practices
- Monitor and analyze plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipment
- Prepare reports and documentation, including plant performance reports, maintenance records, and incident reports
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations

Must know Kannada language.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
