**Job Description**:
Role Summary

As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will provide operational support and services representing Global Operations supporting successful outcomes for both internal and external clients. The operations team supports product operations, account opening, trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, systematic rebalancing and reporting across equity, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives and foreign exchange products globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Interns will be aligned with one or more of the following functions and will also assist with ad-hoc projects:

- Product Operations / Onboarding: Assist with onboarding clients, accounts set-ups etc and ensure smooth operational setup.
- Investment Accounting (Reconciliation & Corporate Actions): Support daily reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and assist with corporate action processing.
- Trade Lifecycle: Gain exposure to trade processing, settlement, and trade confirmation activities.
- Trading & Rebalancing: Assist with portfolio rebalancing tasks, and related operational workflows.
- Data Operations: Support data validation, enrichment, and management processes to ensure accuracy in investment reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
